The Viridian Glass Factory in Roseberry, Sydney, Australia was closed by its new owners in March 2009. In September 2009, Sydney University Business Archives commissioned me to photograph the abandoned site… all the furnaces, rollers and workers had stopped working and were left to decay.
Update 2011: the glass factory was demolished. New apartments and offices are under construction on the old site.
